Anita White, our school nurse, came into school on Wednesday 15th  October to talk to all the children about hygiene and how germs are spread.  In  Classes 1 and 2 she talked about the importance of washing hands and how this helps to stop the spreading of germs.  The children practiced how to wash their hands properly and were told to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ twice to ensure a thorough wash!  The children were alsoht about washing their hands after playing, before they eat food and after touching pets and animals.

The children also heard about the importance of looking after their teeth and a set of teeth was passed around for the children to hold!
