Covid 19 Information

As a school community, we wish to work together to minimise the spread of Covid 19.  We will regularly review our Risk Assessment in light of National, Local and Personalised advice.  Please be assured that we have systems and processes in place to support children and staff to maintain hygiene, these include regular hand washing and ensuring good ventilation in school.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact the school and we will discuss these with you.

Main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19)

The main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) are:

  • a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
  • a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
  • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Follow current National Guidance

Please keep up to date with current guidance, we will also include regular updates through our school email system and newsletters.  We will also keep you updated on current Covid cases in school so that you can ensure vigilance at all times.

Please use the NHS website as an up to date source of current guidance and support:
